Facility / 01

Print quality is your reputation.
We treat it that way.

When you send someone our way, your name is on the order. Here's exactly what happens between their click and the sheet showing up at their door.

02 — The process

Six steps. Every order.

DTF press in production
Production floor

No drop-shipping. No middleman. Files come in, sheets go out — every step happens under one roof, run by the people who built the program.

  1. 01

    Upload

Customer uploads artwork. Files are inspected for resolution, transparency, and color profile before they hit the queue.

  2. 02

    RIP

Our RIP software separates white underbase from CMYK and lays out the gang sheet to minimize waste.

  3. 03

    Print

Inks are laid down wet onto PET film — color first, then a precise white underbase for opacity on any garment color.

  4. 04

    Powder & Cure

Hot-melt adhesive powder is applied evenly, then cured in-line so the bond is consistent edge-to-edge.

  5. 05

    QC

Every sheet is inspected under daylight-balanced light for color, registration, coverage, and powder consistency.

  6. 06

    Pack & Ship

Sheets are interleaved, rigid-packed, and shipped flat — no creases, no warped film, no surprises on arrival.

03 — The stack

What we run.

01

Presses

Production-grade DTF printheads with dedicated white-ink circulation to prevent settling and clogs.

02

Inks

Pigment-based DTF ink sets formulated for vibrancy, stretch, and wash durability on cotton, poly, and blends.

03

Films

Cold-peel and hot-peel PET films stocked in multiple weights so artwork releases cleanly every time.

04

Powder

TPU hot-melt adhesive with controlled particle size — even coverage, no halo around fine detail.

04 — Quality control

What we check before it ships.

QC isn't a final-station rubber stamp. It's six checkpoints, one human, daylight-balanced light. If a sheet fails, it gets reprinted before it leaves the floor.

  • 01Color accuracy against the approved proof
  • 02White underbase opacity and registration
  • 03Powder coverage — full, even, no bald spots
  • 04Cure level — tacky-free, no scorch, full bond
  • 05Edge sharpness on fine detail and small text
  • 06Sheet flatness and film integrity before packing
